Delivery & Returns
We do everything we can to make sure your order gets to you as soon as possible. Every effort is made to dispatch the item the same day if placed before 1pm. All goods are subject to availability. Generally, overseas delivery can take anywhere from 5 days to 6 weeks, depending on destination and so you should allow for this length of time when making your purchase.
Please allow 7 working days for delivery before contacting us to chase your order.
If Knit One Purl One is unable to deliver the order after 30 days of the date of the order, the customer is entitled to cancel the order and a refund. To cancel the order the customer must send in writing notice of cancellation to Knit one Purl one after the order date but before delivery of the goods.
We do accept returns for any unused goods for exchange or refund for up to 14 days from the delivery date. They must be in the condition we supplied them (the yarn must be in the ball bands and accessories/needles in original packaging. It must also be free from any odours or pet hairs). If you return yarn that is not resaleable, you forfeit your right to a refund and the item will be returned to you, at your cost. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend goods are sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept responsibility should your returns go missing.
Also, products on special offers and promotions and books and patterns cannot be exchanged or returned unless they are faulty.
Orders placed by credit or debit card from this web site will be refunded directly to your credit or debit card. Orders placed by other means will be refunded by cheque. These refunds will be made within 30 days of return of goods.

We will provide a full refund of postage if the return is a result of an error that Knit One Purl One has made or the goods are faulty. A refund will be issued as soon as we receive the goods for the price paid for them.
